San Antonio Commercial Advisors brokered the sale of two grocery-anchored shopping centers in San Antonio. The first property, at 3614 Pleasanton Road, is 31k SF on 2.91 acres. The second, at 340 Enrique Barrera Pkwy, is 50k SF on 4.25 acres. Both are anchored by Arlan’s Market, a local grocery store chain with 20 locations across south Texas, and Family Dollar. SACA’s Bradley Suttle negotiated for the seller, 2ML Real Estate Interests.
Omni Group purchased the Shops at Overlook, a two-building, 54k SF, Class-A shopping center at 26108 Overlook Pkwy. San Antonio Commercial Advisors' Brent Smith and Bradley Suttle marketed for the seller, Frater USA.

BMC Capital's Dallas office arranged a $2.6M bridge loan for the purchase and rehab of a multifamily property in San Antonio. The three-year fixed-rate loan included 75% LTC and interest-only as well as funds for significant capital improvements to the property. The loan was arranged through one of BMC Capital’s correspondent non-bank lender relationships.
