North American Properties has unveiled more of its massive plans for Gwinnett County's Infinite Energy Center redevelopment.

The firm is looking to add a 325-room hotel, 850K SF of office, 400K SF of retail and restaurants and 950 apartment units, according to documents filed with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, which examines projects with regional impacts. North American also is looking to expand the arena venue by another 3,000 seats and 125K SF of convention space, according to documents.

The redevelopment project, called “Revel” in documents, is being spearheaded in a public-private partnership between North American and the Gwinnett County Convention and Visitors Bureau. It is scheduled to deliver by 2023.

Revel is just the latest in a string of big mixed-use aspirations for North American in Atlanta. Aside from its banner success with Avalon, its development in Alpharetta, the firm also is currently working on the repositioning and redevelopment of Colony Square in Midtown. Recently, the developer snagged a deal with Boca Raton, Florida-based iPic Theaters to anchor the retail space at Colony Square Mall.

The theater will include nine screens, more than 400 seats as well as a restaurant and bar.

North American Properties partner John Kelley will be among those gathered to discuss Gwinnett County's development activity Wednesday, Aug. 15, for Bisnow's Exploring Gwinnett County & Northeast Atlanta event
