Valuation Vets On Top
In an effort to expand its service lines to compete against the big boys in CRE, Lee & Associates has tapped two Atlanta CRE vets to head up a new valuation group. (In gambling and baking contests, they call that "bringing in a ringer.")
Former Newmark Grubb Knight Frank vets Daniel Boring and Victor Segrest (above) will help spearhead Lee & Associates' new national division, which will appraise and consult on properties for banks, companies, and investors. "It all started with Dick Bryant," Victor tells us. Dick, of course, took his firm Bryant Commercial Real Estate Partners and sold it to Lee & Associates back in 2010.
Dan was one of the eight original members of the executive management team tasked with relaunching the Landauer platform at then-Grubb & Ellis in 2010 (the division has since been swallowed by NGKF). And during that time, Daniel headed up seven offices within a nine-state region. (Sounds like he can give us a few lessons on time management.)
