A big welcome to new sponsor Calvert Jones, a leading mechanical contractor specializing in the green office environment. From energy efficiency retrofits and consulting, to indoor environmental quality, renewable energy strategies, and LEED consulting, Calvert-Jones' Green Team is on the scene to meet your energy and environmental needs

30,000 turned out for the EagleBank Bowl Saturday—a triumph for a college football game no one had ever heard of just a few months ago. And despite the freezing weather, warmth was provided by the nostalgia of the first football played at RFK in a decade, and the excitement of a surprise finish in the game itself.

Having Navy involved added a lot of class, as seen above. But although they pounded Wake Forest 13 to zip with four minutes left in the half, the Demon Deacons surged ahead in the fourth quarter and ended up beating the Midshipmen 29 to 19. QB Riley Skinner made up for losing badly to Navy earlier in the season.

We found a lot of real estaters on the scene. Brothers Doug and Chris Donatelli (third and fourth from left) with Doug's kids DJ and Johnny (whose cap DJ helpfully pulled all the way over his head); Doug's founder of First Potomac Realty Trust (and an '83 Wake Forest alum), and Chris is CEO of Donatelli Development. Next: Studley's Adam Schindler; and Crystal City BID president Angie Fox with husband Jim Oliver and five year old son Tatton. Angie's a big ACC fan who'll be cheering next for alma mater Georgia Tech in the Chick-fil-A Bowl in Atlanta. Sorry, Angie, our bowl definitely has a better name.

Brotman Winter Fried Communications' Kenny Fried and Steve Winter with sports agent Jeff Fried (no relation to Kenny) and Eagle Bank CEO Barry Watkins. Eagle Bank became the bowl title sponsor just three months ago, and only eight months ago did the NCAA even approve the bowl. BWT handled marketing, PR, and many game operations. Going forward, the bowl will feature alternating service academies; next up, Army

AmeriSphere EVP Scott Suttle, who provides permanent financing to large residential developments; developer Bruce Lee, who brought the Fillmore music venue to downtown Silver Spring; Hickok Cole's Mike Hickok; and restaurateur Rob Wilder. Rob founded the Austin Grill, Zaytinya, Jaleo, Cafe Atlantico, and Oyamel, but is now on to hotels: with celebrity chef Jose Andres, they've just opened the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, managed by Starwood.

Superstar brokers Craig Lussi of Studley, center, and Mike Hammond of Cassidy have banded together with relative newbie Joanna Lohman of Studley to create Washington's newest tenant rep firm, appropriately called Tenant Consulting. To make them official, we had them sign it at our office the other day. Don't worry, that's our bicycle, not theirs—they're much classier, with new digs at 2013 H. Craig, who was at Studley 17 years ago and named Rookie of the Year his first, had clients like the Morgan Lewis law firm,  American Council of Life Insurers, and Embassy of Sweden. He's also a seven-time Iron Man Triathelete; Joanna is a professional soccer player, most recently with the Washington Freedom. They hope to hire one tenant broker a month next year.

In bragging on the new building MRP has developed and Dietze has constructed at 1310 N. Courthouse Road in Arlington, we inadvertently showed you the "before" picture on Friday. We assume you aficionados immediately realized that. Here's the correct "after." Congrats again to them for spiffing up Ballston/Rosslyn.
