We went to see Kelly Rowland at the Howard Theatre presented by 93.9 WKYS.

At the sold-out show, we snapped the Grammy Award-winning, multiplatinum superstar, formerly with Beyonce in Destiny's Child. She performed songs from her fourth full-length solo album, Talk A Good Game, including Kisses Down Low (known as the 2013 bedroom jam), Dirty Laundry, and What a Feeling.

Thanksgiving at Arena!

We went to Arena Stage for the third annual Thanksgiving dinner and performance for military families. We snapped Heather Foley, Arena Board Chair David Shiffrin, and Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton.

In gratitude for their service, Arena worked with the USO to invite 200 wounded warriors, service men and women, and their families to dinner and a performance of Guess Who's Coming to Dinner. Here, Colonel Steve Warren, the Pentagon's Director of Defense Press Operations, is flanked by Arena's Artistic Director Molly Smith and Suzanne Blue Star Boy.

Lockheed Martin's Lawrence Duncan and Angel Riley flank Janell Duncan and Gene Riley.


We went to Gobblefest Thanksgiving Eve at Mason Inn, as returning DC folks headed from Reagan to get an early start on the night's festivities. We snapped Bloomingdale's Danielle Bolger and Children's National Medical Center's Rachel Onufrychuk.
