(Part II)

Ben Affleck, Jay-Z, Rhianna, Cher, Josh Groban, Shakira...our heads are spinning. And we'll have more amazing pics tomorrow.

Stars Honor Dr. King

We were at the star-studded National Hunger Rally outside MLK Library on Monday afternoon in honor of Martin Luther King Day, hosted by Feeding America to raise awareness that every day 36 million Americans go hungry. Organization president Vicki Escarra and actor David Arquette, Chairman of its Entertainment Council, asked Americans to skip lunch for the day and donate what they would have spent to the Capitol Area Food Bank. Hundreds of volunteers braved the cold to do so and feed 1,000 homeless.

We snapped this of legendary jazz pianist Herbie Hancock and singer Josh Groban doing John Lennon's "Imagine."

Ben Affleck and Martin Luther King III. Ben told us he witnessed the devastating reality of hunger in America growing up in Boston.

Recording Industry Bash

We took this pic of superstar Rhianna who looked stunning in Armani Tuesday night as Hollywood took over DC at an after-party thrown by the Recording Industry Association of America. It teamed up with Feeding America for an unforgettable night at Ibiza. Rhianna sang her #1 hits "Umbrella" and "Disturbia."

We were too cold to stand outside as celebs walked in like Leo DiCaprio, Russell Simmons, Tobey Maguire, and David and Courtney Cox Arquette. We snapped this of Cher, who told us she "just had to be in D.C. to experience it all," even though she also revealed that due to the weather, she watched the inauguration from her hotel room. She says the Prez is a fan of hers, but who isn't?

We took this of dazzling Colombian singer Shakira, who says she's still enjoying DC after her performance at the Lincoln Memorial.

Jay-Z in the House

Jay-Z signed the Walk of Fame outside the Warner Theatre before his concert there Monday night, and here poses with Adrian Fenty and Mitchell Schear, head of Vornado/Charles E. Smith, which owns the Warner

Heroes Ball on Tuesday

The next night at the Warner Theatre, we snapped Scrubs actress Judy Reyes (second from left) with Shana Lloyd (Project Engineer at The Aerospace Corporation), former Air Force officer Kevin Roots, Weber Shandwick's Nicole Siobal, and IT Pros' Alexandra Simms.

Monday Night at L2

No noble purpose other than fun: DC partiers danced the night away at Georgetown's L2 for a shindig hosted by Quintessentially. Above, Buchanan Ingersoll's Samantha Calloway, Akin Gump's Allison Semke, Styleature's Jess Bacca, and litigation attorney Gina Jun.
