| NY Fashion Week wrapped up this weekend, as did DC, with Tysons Galleria hosting ALL ACCESS: FASHION, a three-day event that brought out celebs, fashionistas, and models. |

Hundreds came out on Saturday for four runway shows and a major presentation by the one-and-only Tim Gunn, Liz Claiborne design head, and a fifth generation Washingtonian who’s been instrumental in the hit show Project Runway. We snapped him on the runway showing how to put together a great outfit.

We snapped celebrity fitness trainer Mark Jenkins, who’s worked with Mary J. Blige, Sean “Diddy” Combs, and Beyonce, and told us he’s wearing local label Mi Chiamo Eka, here with wife Nadia Bey.

Thursday night kicked off with a Reinventing Luxury panel where execs from Men’s Vogue, Ritz Carlton, Basler and Washington Post sat down to discuss strategies for luxury goods and services. Basler, which opened its Tysons boutique this weekend, sent Mike Euler, Marco Breier, Alex Wanke and CEO Armin Fichtel.

We went to Georgetown’s District Sample Sale Thursday night for the biannual shopping event benefiting local charities. More than 200 Washingtonians lined up on M Street to shop bargains from local boutiques. We snapped host committee members Neiman Marcus’ Liberty Jones and Jayne Sandman.
