Hudson Restaurant and Lounge turned into the “Owners Suite” on Saturday night during the Final Four when the bosoq threw a fundraiser for EarthEcho. Here: host Patrick Rien, with Lina Dakheel, Economic Empowerment Coalition’s Jessica Fay and Carissa Maguire.

 

EarthEcho’s Philippe Cousteau with co-hosts Standard Solar’s Nick Bernel and Jesse Wilson and supporter, Weber Shandwick’s Nicole Siobal. We’re sure they’re still smiling; they were all rooting for UNC.

Saturday was the start of DC’s newest brunch trend in Adams Morgan, as the social scene gathered at Napoleon for music, crepes and bottles of Veuve. Tamer El-Shacke, Mohammed Khair, The Ezra Company’s Erica King, host Darya Arman, Georgetown grad student Lara Mounir, Jetset Mafia’s Dawoud Al-Khabbaz and host Tala Raasi spent the day dining and dancing. 

 

DJ Seyhan Duru kept the brunch crowd going strong until 6 PM.

Sounds of South Beach vibrated through Penn Quarter Friday night as DJ Armand Pena of Miami’s Nikki Beach came to celebrate the opening of the chic, exclusive, Stir Lounge; on his left is Mehdi Ben, Stir partner. 

 

Formerly Tantra Lounge above Indebleu, Stir revamped for a new look. Salah Benbaba here with Indebleu’s sous chef Fabrice Reymond and two cocktail waitresses: corporate events coordinator Laura Aizkalns and Larrissa Economides.

Young Benefactors of Ready, Willing & Working hosted their First Friday Fundraiser at the Rookery on Friday night. Jonathan Harsch and Agatha Tomasik, both Young Benefactors, greet AIR’s Erin Wallace and MacroSys Research and Technology’s Lauren Drake.

 

Matt Flemming with RWW founder Patty Brosmer and Lucy Turner. All funds raised that night go to the charity that helps former homeless and incarcerated men get jobs and learn life skills.

 

Celena Lynn Gill and Jennifer Streaks hit the dance floor to music by Miles Midnight.
