Phone them at 301-652-1515.   Last night, 750 jammed into the Tysons Ritz for the 22nd Annual NAIOP of Northern Virginia Awards, networking and having fun like there's no tomorrow. Of course, based on the current stock market, they might have a point.   This was the chock-a-block crowd in the foyer having cocktails.     This was the extravagantly set ballroom, awaiting.     Cushman star Dave Millard, left, was named Member of the Year, here with five-time emcee Barbara McDuffie of Beers & Cutler, and NAIOP Chairman David Birtwistle of Balfour Beatty. Dave, a onetime Peace Corps volunteer and architect, became a broker and worked with Barbara in the 80s at Smithy Braedon. As NAIOP membership chair the past two years, he exceeded recruiting goals and helped build the chapter to 850 members, one of the biggest in America. As for David B., our picture doesn't do justice: He was dressed in top hat and tails like the guy on the Monopoly board, since "NAIOPOLY" was the theme of the evening. And what do you think of Barbara in her tux? Together with friends Martha Marks, Kathy Damato, Annie Axelrod, and Marc DeLuca (who would never leave ladies unescorted), she helped close the bar this morning.   The JBGers.
