We offer full refunds within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24-hour window, your purchased tickets are non-refundable but are transferable if you contact us at eventregistration (at) bisnow.com at least 12 hours before the event is scheduled to begin. We offer our attendees the option to send someone else in place of the original person that the ticket was purchased for, or we’re happy to give you credit to put toward a future event. An event credit will equate to the dollar amount you paid for your original ticket(s) and can be applied to any national Bisnow events. Your event credit is good for 365 days.
Visit www.bisnow.com/events to view upcoming events! We throw over 250 events per year. This breaks down to approximately 1-2 events in each city we’re located in per month, with the exception of Washington DC, where we throw 6-10 events per month.
Simple! Just email eventregistration (at) bisnow.com and let them know, the name, company and email of the person attending in your place or you can just send them in your place to the event, have them grab your nametag at registration and have the person manning the computer make the switch on site.
Email eventregistration (at) bisnow.com the Event Name, City and Date of the Event that you accidentally registered for and let them know the Event Name, City and Date of the Event you would like to be registered for. The more information you can give us the better!
Great question! All emails are answered in the order in which they are received and we do our best to answer all emails as quickly as possible. We do get an abundance of emails and questions (especially, during heavy event weeks). It should take us no longer than 2 business days to get back to you. If for some reason, your email is not answered in a timely fashion, please shoot us another email! If it is an event emergency please feel free to call our event line 202-293-0370.
In most cases, yes! Registration is usually $10 more at the door, than the last price listed online. There are a few instances, that our events are limited and do sell out, and we will not be selling tickets at the door, we just can't help it that we're popular.

Other
Other Programs/Providers: If you are subscribed to Bisnow, but are not receiving the e-mails, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or company is blocking them, perhaps because they think Bisnow is junk mail.
What you can do to fix this:
Get in touch with technical support at your ISP or company and explain the problem. If they are blocking e-mail from Bisnow, ask them to stop. One way they can do this is to place the following on an e-mail "safe list":
bisnow.com
newsletter@bisnow.com
209.167.231.15
204.92.31.159
204.92.31.160
204.92.31.161
Some web-based e-mail systems allow you to set your own safe list. Look for it in the settings section, and add "bisnow.com" (without the quotes.) If you have to enter a complete address, use "newsletter@bisnow.com". Some e-mail systems, such as AOL 8.0, require a sender to be in your address book to keep the e-mail from diverted to a junk mail folder. If your system is like this, add "newsletter@bisnow.com" (without the quotes) to your address book.
If all else fails, try signing up under another internet account, or consider changing ISPs to a provider that does not block your e-mail.

Elvis was a man known for his appetite and his excess. His favorite sandwich was a variant of peanut butter and banana. The recipe called for an entire loaf of bread to be hollowed before spreading peanut butter, caramelized bananas, honey, and thick cut bacon. The whole thing was then cooked on a griddle.
Twelve.
