Paul is responsible for over 8.3 million SF in Houston and 6 million SF in Southern California. He is responsible for leasing, operations, property management, legal, accounting, development and construction. Paul joined Brookfield Properties predecessor, Trizec Properties, in May 1994 as a Vice President responsible for activities in Houston. Paul was active in the property acquisition and due diligence process for the purchase of over 20 million SF in markets spreading across the US, including the Sears Tower in Chicago.

Of these transactions, more than 50 were 100,000+ SF leases, including 15 corporate build-to-suit projects.
