Frank was previously the CIO, CTO, and executive director of operations for the AT&T Government Solutions professional services business unit. This included management of IR&D efforts, multi-location infrastructure management and upgrade, and development of technical solutions for a wide spectrum of projects within the Government sector.

Henry leads and governs the delivery and operation of secure world-wide enterprise IT services enabling the efficient and effective execution of DISA's global combat support missions. He is a cloud computing expert and has led the creation of DISA's Rapid Access Computing Environment, a safe and secure cloud computing platform. He is also a founding member of GWU's technology transfer council, and, in 2006, he published his first book, Centerlined, focusing on organizational and interpersonal dynamics. Previously, he was Technical Program Director for DISA's Computing Service.

Gary is responsible for large-scale DoD and Army IT system development efforts supporting finance, logistics, personnel, communications infrastructure, biometrics, medical and war-fighting functions. He leads a workforce of 1,800 military, civilian and contractor personnel around the world to effectively execute $4B per year, 40 percent of the Army's IT budget.

Office of the Asst. Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition
General Skinner plays a large role in formulating and executing the $210B Air Force investment strategy to acquire systems and support services to provide combat capability to joint warfighting commanders. The Office of the Asst. Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition directs $30B annual investments that include major programs like the KC-X, F-22A, F-35, C-17 and munitions, as well as capability areas such as information technology and command and control, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems.

Microsoft's DoD sales district delivers products and enterprise solutions to DoD customers. Dan creates the vision and technical strategy enhancing Microsoft products, DoD solutions and long-term investments in a complex and dynamic network environment. He has 21 years of service as an Army aviator and Test Officer in R&D for tactical communications systems and IT.

Rich leads the Air Force account with Accenture's Defense industry group. His specialty is delivering integrated, innovative solutions with an emphasis on customer service and leveraging commercial best practices. Rich has 30 years experience for the Department of Defense and communications and high tech companies. He was formerly VP of Accenture's intelligence programs.
