With the September 2011 BRAC implementation deadline looming, government contractor demand has spurred development. In fact, less than a mile and a half from Ft. Belvoir, tech giant SAIC recently signed a 110,000 SF lease.
Where do construction of new buildings and implementation of incoming agencies stand? How do the experts envision the region will shape up once new people, programs and buildings have settled in? Where is there need for further development and support services, and what issues must be overcome to develop in the region?
Join us on August 13 at one of our favorite hotels, the Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner, for an informative discussion about BRAC’s real estate impact led by those most involved with BRAC. We’ll be sure to let you schmooze first!
