Anthony recently came to Cantor from Credit Suisse Real Estate Direct Group where he was a Managing Director responsible for $100 billion in North American real estate loan origination and $30 billion of high yield real estate debt and equity distribution. There, he also oversaw the expansion of the business in the US, Mexico, Latin America, the Caribbean, & the Middle East. At Cantor, he is establishing the real estate investment banking operation, the real estate lending and securitization group, and a real estate venture capital business. He has also held senior-level real estate positions at APC Realty Advisors, Chemical Bank, Boston Properties, & Merrill Lynch.

The firm is a Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac, and Map- and Lean-approved FHA lender. Vic oversees the company’s Central Region’s activities and has over 19 years of experience in real estate financial services. Prior to joining C&W, Stephannie was EVP and Managing Director of PM Realty Group’s national investment services team.
