Other Programs/Providers: If you are subscribed to Bisnow on Business, but are not receiving the e-mails, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or company is blocking them, perhaps because they think Bisnow on Business is junk mail.

What you can do to fix this:

  • Get in touch with technical support at your ISP or company and explain the problem. If they are blocking e-mail from Bisnow on Business, ask them to stop. One way they can do this is to place bisnow.com, campaignmonitor.com, constantcontact.com, and/or the following IP range on an e-mail "safe list":
  • 72.15.222.60 - 72.15.222.74 (inclusive)

  • Some web-based e-mail systems allow you to set your own safe list. Look for it in the settings section, and add "bisnow.com" (without the quotes.) If you have to enter a complete address, use "mark@bisnow.com". Some e-mail systems, such as AOL 8.0, require a sender to be in your address book to keep the e-mail from diverted to a junk mail folder. If your system is like this, add "mark@bisnow.com" (without the quotes) to your address book.
  • If all else fails, try signing up under another internet account, or consider changing ISPs to a provider that does not block your e-mail.
