Palladium USA’s project in Legacy West is slated to be the tallest high-rise apartment community in the second phase of Legacy. Reaching 30 stories and containing over 300 apartment homes from 650 SF to upwards of 5,500 SF, Palladium USA’s tower threw down the gauntlet. Trammell Crow responded by pondering its own luxury high-rise residential tower on the opposite side of the Tollway.

Creston Electronics will bring hundreds of new employees into Legacy when the new Legacy Tower building is completed by Trammell Crow and Principal Financial Group. The company plans to expand its workforce, and signed a new 85k SF lease in anticipation.

Equinix and its $500M data center are gargantuan by any measure. It’s a company that doesn’t do things small, which is why it landed in Plano’s Legacy Business Park, a great place for big projects.
